三种干燥方法对蓝布正中没食子酸含量测定的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为比较蓝布正(Geum japonicum Thunb.var.chinense F.Bolle)经3种不同干燥方法处理对没食子酸含量的影响。采用高效液相色谱法,以Zorbax Extend-C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶88,V/V)为流动相,比较了蓝布正经烘干法、自然晒干法及自然阴干法处理后没食子酸的含量。结果表明,该测定方法重现性好,自然晒干法、自然阴干法及烘干法的平均含量分别为0.75%、0.78%、0.79%,3种方法干燥后含量差异不大。鉴于贵州气候环境多雨阴天,提示烘干法可作为自然干燥法的有效补充,为蓝布正的产地干燥提供依据。 To compare the content of gallic acid of Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinese F.bolle in Guizhou province by three different drying methods. The samples were separated by Zorbax Extend-C18(4.6×150 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of methanol-water(containing 0.1% phosphoric acid, 12 ∶88,V / V) by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The content of gallic acid in Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinese F. bolle was determined by HPLC after oven drying, drying in the sun and drying in the shade. The results showed that the content of gallic acid in three different methods were 0.75%, 0.78%, 0.79%, respectively. The content method was simple stable and repeatable to determine the content of gallic acid in Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinese F. bolle. In conclusion, in view of the rainy climate in Guizhou,Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinese F. bolle is suitable for oven drying in production place.
